This series of illustrations was created for the social media presence of Voices for Birth Justice (VBJ)—a powerful organization committed to illuminating the ongoing legacy of trauma and reproductive oppression experienced by Black communities and other historically underserved groups.
Each visual was crafted with care to support VBJ’s storytelling, advocacy, and education efforts—serving as both a mirror and a megaphone for those too often overlooked. The tone is bold, compassionate, and deeply rooted in justice, honoring the resilience of those navigating systems that were not built with them in mind.
Copy for this campaign was beautifully written by Giannina Ong, VBJ’s Communications Manager, whose voice helped guide the tone and narrative of the visuals.
