Role: Designer Tools: Photoshop CS5 Client:James Tyler Photo Cred.:Kel B Pics An engaging story by an ex logo design client, James Tyler. I requested the author to describe the 3 most powerful scenes of the story. This cover was designed of the scene he considers intense and says it's: "when Rumor and Dee make love for the first time. It's an almost perfect moment in which they connect on a spiritual level, but Romor awakens to a nightmare of Dee literally choking the life out of her. She loves him, but she is afraid of his danger and ambiguity at the same time" With this in mind I made sure to advise that during the photo shoot the models should make the choke ambiguous, balancing between danger and passion. I then created a steamy texture to go over the image and washed it in red to portray the same passion & danger ambiguity.
