My wife, Genoa, and I run a design studio based in Virginia Beach, VA, with roots in the Bay Area, California. We still work with clients in Oakland and San Francisco, so we’re often there, as well as in New York, where I was born and raised.

I proudly swim in both the Photography and Graphic Design industries. No matter what I’m creating, I consider it branding. Whether it’s a logo or a portrait, I’m aiming to capture a unique perception of a company, product, or individual. No matter the subject or tool, our goal is to create emotional connections to your potential audience or consumer. Photography and Graphic Design are just two of the countless ways to do that, and I happen to specialize in both.

Since beginning my freelance journey in 2015, I have collaborated with institutions like UCSF, Voices for Birth Justice, and CIIS. I have also been contracted by corporations such as Uber Eats, Sephora, and Red Bay Coffee. Most importantly, I’ve had the privilege of visually supporting many inspiring individuals, including councilmember Carroll Fife and activist Mia Birdsong.

My favorite tools to create with are Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, Canon 5D Mark IV and a good ol’ fashion sketch book!

When I’m not immersed in pixels, I’m studying the planets. Astrology is one of my favorite hobbies as it helps me understand people on a deeper level. In light of what I do, building a deep connection is the best tool I’ve found for discovering one’s unique voice.
